A critical injury pack is another type of First Aid Kit. They are specifically useful for dealing with catastrophic bleeds. It should contain multiple packs of gloves, either all for you dealing with separate patients, or for bystanders to help you. There will also be a tourniquet, haemostatic dressing, trauma dressings, scissors and a foil blanket. When someone is losing a lot of blood, they need to be kept warm so you may need to put the foil blanket over them.
